Many thanks to County Durham Community Foundation who have kindly awarded us a grant of £5,000. The grant will be used for organising volunteers to be welcomed into our organisation and provide us with a fantastic opportunity to facilitate events and activities here at Learning for Life. The effects of the pandemic have prevented us from allowing volunteers to be part of Learning for Life for some time, so the grant will make a tremendous difference to us.
We are so excited to start opening our doors and welcoming the wider community with open arms.
