Our Team
All staff are trained at the appropriate level depending on their role to meet the needs of the learners. This includes training in: Safeguarding, Care Standards, Prevent, Manual Handling, Health & Safety, Physical Intervention (P.I.), Makaton, PECS and Epilepsy Awareness; delivered under a framework of induction, foundation and refresher.
