Luke started working at Learning for Life In September 2024 following successful teaching roles in secondary schools: teaching music, teaching as a cover supervisor and as a support worker in the SEND department.
Luke completed his PGCE in 2017 and succeeded in sales before returning to the classroom. He credits his outgoing approachable personality to the skills and qualities developed in his years as a salesperson. Now working as a tutor at Learning for Life, Luke is relishing the challenge of providing a diverse, interactive and engaging curriculum. By using a student first approach, Luke tailors his lessons to meet the individual needs of all his learners and takes great pride in seeing those learners feel empowered, believing they can achieve and watching them succeed.
