Easter message from the Principal

We are still open, learners can return when it is safe and appropriate to do so. A huge thank you goes to Durham County Council who continue to provide PPE to help keep our vulnerable learners and staff stay as safe as possible. Thank you also to staff and directors who are working from Learning for Life and home to ensure we are still providing a service.

We are all missing our wonderful learners who are staying at home.
During our telephone calls, we have found that everyone is working hard and determined to finish their packs! We have had lovely photographs which demonstrate how hard learners are working and how much fun they are having too (please keep sending them in). Parents, carers and family members are so supportive, thank you all. We hope to welcome a new learner Jess into Learning for Life in the future – it was lovely to see the wonderful rainbow picture Jess, thank you!

A little bit of good news during this awfully difficult time – we have just had an email from Paul Knowles from the Co-op Local Cause Funding, they have raised £730.66 over the last 6 months for us. This is wonderful news and very much appreciated.  A huge thank you to Paul and the Co-op Team!
