Bridge Creative is one of the delivery partners for an NHS England-funded project coordinated by the North East & Cumbria Learning Disability Network and Inclusion North, called Keeping People Connected. We’re covering County Durham, offering a ‘Check and Chat’ service for adults with a learning disability and/or autism.
The project aims to reach those who may not currently be known to services, living with limited or no regular support and therefore potentially be unaware of the latest guidance and putting themselves or others at risk, and those who are socially isolated.
We’re working with Darlington Association on Disability and Include In Autism to deliver across the county. Attached is a flyer for the project so please feel free to circulate it as any help in any way to get the word out it would be greatly appreciated.
